Yeah thanks it's just very strange as I never have no over heating problems driving too and from work every day or on 2 hour long drives or 4wding in rocky muddy tracks I will say that this sand was very soft softer than some beaches I been on I have changed the thermostat and the thermo fan on front is working very strange guess maybe lower my pressures some more and try again. Any idea maybe replace radiator or water pump ?

What speed were you doing in the sand?

In my terrano it would get hot under some load when not going very fast (<20km/h), the fan wasn't able to pull enough air at low speed under load.

Had the radiator cleaned on the inside (it was 70% blocked) and gave the water jacket a good flush out that sorted most of my issues.

Try to open your fans in heat mode. It lowers the temperature of your engine.
