That's cool mark no worries mate. I'm sure my mate can cope, I emailed him martins guide and he seems happy he can manage it, I'll tell him it should be roughly three hours all in. I gather contrary to guide its not necessary to totally split the hub?

ill do both side for £75 for you including cleaning the cvs right out im only in Southampton

Blimy, bargain!! Trouble is mate I've now got two jimnys which need sound so would be a bit of a logical nightmare to get to you :(

I noticed my on my brothers one a puddle of clean oil on the road by the wheel

Looking like its leaking pretty badly!! Shouldn't really be driven like this should it as I don't want to be running with low oil in the front axle.

Last question I promise :) ...... In the big jimny shop Martin sells a tub of waterproof grease I was going to buy with the bearings, do I need a tube of the copper/silicon sealant too?

Yes you will need some sealant I think 75 pound for both sides Is fair it's nice working on Jimny every thing is so easy. You should at least be there when they get done then next time you can do them you self 1st time I done mine toke little wile bit now I do them every now and then just to keep them clean and fresh your notice the bottom ones alot worse that the top so keep hold of the top if it's any good as a spare. One thing I do is after a month or a good few out in a is swap them over I've got them to last alot longer that way

Well the kingpins are all done! Had excellent service from Martin in the bigjimny shop and thanks to his how to guide my mate managed to change them for me without any issues. Now driving very nicely :)

Have just dropped my brother's Jim off to him for exactly the same job again ha!
