I've got a creak (accompanied by a loud knock occasionally) when turning noticeable when standing still or moving very slowly, I checked underneath and found a worn o/so panhard rod bush.

it's FaceTwit,

I had this, but it went away after I had the front wheels tracked at ATS for £30
possibly the "dip" when parking up on full lock, then unparking later (if you know what I mean) put excess stress on steering components causing it to moan a bit.

might be worth a try if you've tracking symptoms .... like driving a clown car, wallowing into/out of corners

I'm going to investigate tommorow

But to rule out some ideas, the tracking has been done recently so it can't be that.
The pan hard rod bushes I changed last week in an attempt to fix death wobble

I will up load another video later on, and the noise has got louder
Could it be track rod ends?
