Thanks all, what tyre pressure should I have ? Iv be advised 28psi. Also after driving to work today I could smell my car think it's the brake binding ? When checking the slider odo i remove the caliper and try to move it with my hand? Do I need to remove the pads?
This forum is a real help :)

the sliders are well known to stick resulting in a binding brake. it may be that the caliper needs a rebuild and all the seals are avilable form biggred.com. you have t know what make the caliper is though. other than that you will have to place your trust in a local garage. following the instructions on here the calipers are easy to rebuild though.

standard jimny - for now

Standard tyres are 23 front 26 rear.

I started off high and worked my way down ever since :-)

Well don't drive it until you've sorted it as you could warp the disc.
Not difficult to replace but more cost.
As has been said remove the caliper, but, you might as well check the other side as well.
You will then see how it works.
As the piston pushes the pad one side the other side is pulled in on the pins.
Just clean the pins and work the sliding bit back and forward.
Chances are you might need brake pads anyway??
As a temporary fix you should be able to lever the caliper apart so that it is not binding on the disc.
If you don't feel competent then take it somewhere to get the work done.

Ok so I've greased up the sliders with rubber friendly grease, still pulling slightly will do tyre pressures next, also the drivers side is still much hotter than the passenger side brake could this be because the disc has worped and that would explain why it's still pulling ordering a set of discs and pads tonight any recommendations (brembo do a set )?
