yes possible but bushes look a bit suspect they don't knock or move at all but if I pull them out you never know they mite and knowing my luck brake in some way and then ill be waiting for more to turn up
I could run the rod right up the stock rod does taper down to the eyelet bit but should be fine
I guess doing that would look exactly the same as im going to do any way just have to decide if I am ever going to go higher but I dought I will or if I do I could body lift if needed
now you got me thinking more and going to have to look for some tube with a id of 25mm ( that's the size of the od of standard rod)

If you do them like that you can always add a turnbuckle at a later date if you decide to do a bigger lift ( making them adjustable)

ya ill have to cut away some of the rod in the middle section to allow for one at a later date have to look tomarrow to see if theres any thing stopping me having 30mm tube on there don't think there should be any clearance problems and I think 30mm with a wall of 3mm should be plenty strong enough, just have to lose 1mm on the standered arm size cleaning of the rust and paint should do that measured 25mm today
