yes the little bit on the end at 90% to the rod which holds the bush must be around 30mm od and 27mm id by around 40mm long some thing like that

my axles are only over by 3/4 of a inch on a 3" lift but its about time I made some going to use 30mm 3mm walled cds I think that should be up to the job don't know if there going to be adjustable at the moment worked out the lenth i need so mite just have them stuck to that

Pretty sure i replied to this ?????
Anyhoo
Why dont you cut your panhard and sleeve over it with some decent wall tube , doesnt need to be adjustable just the right length for your lift

you did so did I but there was a forum reset or some thing like that

I answered its a bit redneck engineering for me to do that I would be happy as it would be functional but if I went to sell it wouldn't look great I have been offered some cds the right size to make some so properly go with that and that leave me the option of cutting and sticking in a adjustable bit in the future if I go any higher

what you say would be bloody easy tho cut the rod sleeve it jack the body in right place and tack it up its tempting don't know how strong the ends would still be and they thin down to the mounts I could sleave all the way to the mount but that would mean new bushes

You can get the bushes out mate so you dont melt em , havent seen a stock rod for a bit but can you not run right up to the eyelets with the tube and weld all the way round ?
