Problems installing keyless entry... was created by blynkar

Only have one key for my Jimny, and thought a keyless entry system would be some extra security.

Bought a similar kit as the one in the link.
Have tried to follow the wiring instructions but it will only lock, not unlock.

Any guys here wanting to explain me how?

put a 2 wire lock motor in the drivers door
and this makes it easy I have done lots like this

Have ordered one, but I still want to find a solution for this...

Have tried several wiring combinstion, but all of them just locks. Not lock and unlock, just lock.....

There's a brown wire going to the drivers side door that get's 1,1V constant when locked. When I ground that wire to chassis it unlocks.

Thinking of some way to control this with a relay? Suggestions???

Which diagram did u use to wire it?

Believe the jimny negative switched.

I just wired mine up on its own circuit. Power wire to the battery and negative to ground. Connect the solinoid up to the bar that goes from door pin to the lock and bobs yer uncle

Have diagram tried 1 and 3. But them both just makes it lock, and then I manually have to unlock.

Think I'm spending some time out in Jim' tomorrow trying to see what I cam do.

Anybody have another wirimng diagram I can try with?
