Well thanks for all your input guys, The oil arrived today it's Lucas 10-30 fully synthetic, meets and exceeds all the specs, and it says it's formulated for both old and new high revving engines. I'm going to bite the bullet and do a full service this saturday. Had the Jim 4 months now and so far it's had new back box, new cat, 2 new Lambda sensors and a crank shaft sensor and not forgetting a new clutch. Fingers crossed this will be it !! P,s. I don't no if anybody has noticed but if you use a code reader and re set the computer after about 50 miles the car will go into meltdown showing the signs of a faulty camshaft sensor. It's when the computer does it's 1st diagnostic. I found this out after buying a new camshaft sensor and fitting it. Did the same again, Stop the engine for 10 mins start it back up and all is fine. Tried this 3 times and it did it every time. Strange !!! Cheers
