cv vs crosses

This is from a Dana 60 front axle. As you can see it's completely different to the CV joint. Which is why it is way easier to install a complete front axle with open knuckles/U-joints.

A Dana 30 front axle from a Jeep should be fairly easy to find, this also has U-joints.

tks just thinking of more options as the cv r breaking too easy just with 31' tyres


Perhaps Rob Storr uprated CVS and shafts ?

There's a set a Dana 70 axles for sale on Devon4x4 Dave, perhaps something for you? Then you'd have 2000% bombproof axles for the Jimny B) Only £1000 :P
