do you have the the dimensions/drawings file for ORA winch plate?

why not attach it to the underside of the winchplate, then if at a later date you decide to add a winch its just a case of bolt it on the top? and you can still have your reciver hitch underneath?

that looks ok
I bolted 2" angle across the rails and weled the aframe mounting eyes to it
made up some brackets and bolted to roll bar mounts
cut the front panel out so it would fit over the mounting eyes
the front panel hangs lower at the bottom now
all you see is 2 30mm black caps and brake when aframe not fitted
as photo you could use the same I dear to fit a front tow bar

That might be an option on my one (2014 when it arrives ) but i remember on my mates you would still have to cut the bumper due to the position it ends up in but I will soon find out :laugh:
