I was wondering if it would be possible to fit a tow bar to the front of my jimny and keep the front bumper without cutting it? I don't have a tow bar otherwise I would have a play about with it and don't want to buy one on a maybe.
I don't see why not I have fitted them to my disco / Nissan patrol / Toyota hilux / and Nissan d22 over the years
also fitted an Aframe tow bar to my jimny if you take the middle part of the bumper off the black bit
there is plenty of metal work to bolt on to
I want some heavy duty recovery up front that doesn't involve cutting the bumper, it's one of the options I'm toying with, but I might remove the bumper and fit a kap in fill panel and a winch, just all thoughts floating about my head at the mo
i am going to be doing one for our Jimnys next week or so
removable tow ball because i dont want it sticking out plus i have a removable winch which uses the same fitting
and two tow points as well
hope to get all this behind the mesh on my 09 jimny
