Did it today, took about half a day, what a job! Whole dash out! Sometime in the past a PO had run an 8 foot length of rubber water pipe from the engine across the engine bay to the passenger side, through the big grommet, under the dash to the heater, in through the footwell vent and back out the other, round the back of the heater and back to the engine bay.........gave no heat and what an utter bodging bast@&d......original heater hoses were still on the heater and poked down the back of the engine....so reused. Stain on the drivers side carpet suggests a leaky matrix, new one fitted.....only had 2 screws left over!

Job was straightforward but very involved...........mmmmmm heat.........

Cheers!

I did one years ago on a Citroen ZX. A total c### of a job. And yes, screws and bolts left over as well. You have my sympathies :)
