Put a cable tie around the inner part of the shock. It will work as a travel indicator- if it is pushed right to the end of the shock you know they are bottoming out.

is the best way to test it to jack up one corner till it lifts the other wheel up putting it at full flex?

what are the options if it bottoms the shock out?

i dont have the brackets just trying to find as much info first.would they make much difference with standard springs?
