Maybe not related but I had a front disc backing plate that had got distorted and was rubbing on the disc until I redesigned it with the rubber hammer.

Thanks for all the help Markyp2000 & Heiljohn. Both front backplates were bent out over and touching the disk,
I am guessing this was done when i had the castor arms off doing the bushes, (the axle was resting on the floor) lol :blush:
As Helijohn says...They got a re-design with a big hammer :laugh:
Other than that my jim rides like a new car! No crashing with potholes or bumps
Just a few more bits to do when i have the $$$ and i'll be a happy chappy! B)
