My observations are that peeps who actually love the dogs and look after them, tend to pick up their poo.
It's the lard arsed females with their fat dogs and the skeletal junky retarded male chavs with minging starved dogs who are the ones who don't pick up poo.
In the main, Jimny owners (apart from the odd fat mare in an O2) are outdoor, animal lovers and responsible peeps and as for poo in play areas, it's most likjely from the chav kids or possibly even from their egg or sperm doners.

Guy's, guy's... don't make it to complicated...
Why not buy a compressor on 12 V. (around 85 £)
When arrived at the place you want your dog let out, "deflate" your back tires, like this your Jimny will be lowered about 4 inches.
This is more than you'll get with lowering springs and costs you less!
Let the dog out and go for a walk with him and get lot's of fresh air...
In the meantime your Jimny will not be stolen while you're walking around because of the flat tires !
When you return the dog can get easely into your "lowered" Jimny.
Take your compressor and put the two back tires back on pressure.
How easy life can be.
