New king pins and death wobble is even worse! was created by Mattzuki
As the title says really.
I've fitted the new king pins from Martin, and followed the 'how to' - all straight forward, just smelly and time consuming.
But...the death wobble is now worse than before! Any ideas what might be the cause? The disks and pads all had plenty left on them, but I'm wondering if I shouldn't change them as the pads looked like they had black spots/deposits on them.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
Cheers,
Matt

Wheel balance at the front track rod ends
Discs and pads only show up wobble under braking and then the pedal pulses up and down

Hello.
I attach a Suzuki Service Bulletin in
www.bigjimny.com/index.php/forum/7-jimny...heels-balanced#59278
Believe that the but important refers to the adjustment of the new bearings of the kingpin with spring balance.
Sincerely
gustavo
