Just a long shot as never really had any suzuki brake issues the only other thing in the system is the bias/load valve that sit up under the arse end dont know if anyone has had problems with these ?
Ive had brake pipe issues on a race car years ago where front hoses collapsed would allow fluid in but not back acted like a non return valve
What about mechanical issue ie where the pedal meets the brake servo clevis or what ever suzuki use dont suppose somthing has gone a miss there possibly

A line from the front and the line to the rear go here, there is a bleed nipple on the unit that bleeds the front circuit.
If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

New BJ hose kit arrived today in blue
Will hopefully fit it Saturday and will report back on whether it solves the problem.

With the engine off, does the pedal go hard when pumped?

Yes it does, and when switched on, the pedal goes down a bit, so the servo is working OK.

You might find that the fault lies with the servo, rather than the master cylinder.
If the pedal stays up and solid without vacuum in the servo, but gradually sinks when the engine is running, the fluid level isnt going down, the flexible pipes are ok and it has had a new master cylinder, it is about the only thing left.
