iv been working on it loads mounted high lift now and nearly all breathers eth

left to do is in my jimny :P

No - not planning anything new, just walked past it at the Boat show today and thought "Why???"

It is a full roll cage, perhaps its to protect against yobs walking down the street and flipping it onto its roof (There was a spate of this after the Top Gear Reliant Robin programme, but not to Smart cars if I recall)
