I think you'll find that the Torque Test Channel shows the Milwaukees (at least the two or three that I have) deliver as promised.
That said, you do need to watch out for "counterfeits", especially where the batteries are concerned.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

There are plenty of counterfeit tools about as well as the batteries.
Only buy from a reputable supplier, and make sure that the box has intact factory seals before you accept it, as it isn't unknown for someone to "return" a brand new fake in place of a genuine one, getting a refund and it go back into stock without proper checking.
I've got one of the Lidl Chinese ones, it works well enough for £30, but I wouldn't use it every day.
Apparently you can get nearer the rated torque out of it with a thin washer under the hammer spring to put a bit more tension on it.

My Startbooster is now two models down from what I bought. approx 30-40 € loss so no bankrupcy but immensly annoying.
Norway 2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 Cooper Disco, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck.

And check before you leave the store that the item inside the box is the same as you think should be on the inside. Had this problem here at my local "Biltema" kind of like a halfords but in Norway. Open boxes in the shelves and the item inside is the cheaper version. So the guy before me take the expensive model and put it inside the cheaper models packaging.Only buy from a reputable supplier, and make sure that the box has intact factory seals before you accept it, as it isn't unknown for someone to "return" a brand new fake in place of a genuine one, getting a refund and it go back into stock without proper checking.
