Looking for advice on finding part number for Gen3 Door Mirror Assembly (JDM)

Hi there. I recently purchased a 2015 Gen 3 Jimny Sierra (Land Venture) JB43W. It's a JDM import from Japan (I'm in the UK). It came with automatic folding mirrors. The gears in one of the mirrors has packed up and I've struggled to find a replacement mirror assembly.

I've attempted to find the part number using this:  www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/...jb43w-5/interior/847 but when I do an image search for the mirror assembly (eg 8470176J90ZJ3) the images don't match the mirrors on my car.

I've been on many JPN parts sites, using my chassis number to find the part, and I've not had any luck finding the right part. Could it be possible the previous owner installed non-standard mirrors? I've attached some photos of the car and mirrors. The closest I can find is this, but it's for the gen4 jimny (see attachment for ebay photo).

Is it possible to find the part number on the assembly and if so where would I find it? Alternatively does anyone know where I can find parts catalog diagram for this particular model? The one listed on amayama for JB43W-(5) doesn't seem to match my car, eg the diagram for the hood ( www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/...162_jb43w-5/body/573 ) doesn't match the hood on my car. Alternatively do you think if i purchase this mirror (see attachment for ebay photo) i can use the gears in that mirror to fix my current mirror? It's all rather confusing for me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Martin or James might know more but the ones on the car look like gen4 items to me especially as they double up the side repeater in the wings? I'm comedically out of my depth with jdm stuff though so don't take anything from what I have said without verification.

Have you tried one of the Yahoo! Auctions Japan intermediaries like Jauce or Buyee ? It might work out cheaper than going through eBay and you'll have more to chose from.

Here's one , it's the wrong colour but you can swap over the caps easy enough. I did it with mine when they arrived (dark grey to silver), I've yet to wire them in so they close!
