The figures are engine RPM on the left and road speed on the right, it seems. I think the video is a bit washed out and more is visible on the screen to the driver than to us.
To the OP, why not write a message to whoever posted that video (from Japan?) and ask them-- I'd bet it was homemade, perhaps they can make another for you.

OBD or CAN data, and I agree on how the makers of that unit created it. Cute graphics.I assume you write it yourself and use a PIC, ardueno or something, you can interrogate the steering angle sensor via OBD [...]
Looking at the video, what do the random numbers mean?

I'd swear that I've seen steering angle on SZViewer, CarScanner, or even the old scantool I have that I forget the brand of though.
If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

I'm afraid not.
Do you know the can-id for the sensor?

I thought it was something to do with the steering, but I couldn't understand the figures.

It never occurred to me that it would be RPM & Speed when it is perched atop the rev counter!

Yes you have seen it in SZViewer but the software doesnt show the CAN-ID and I was looking to see if it can be added to the Torque App
I'm afraid not.
