Yes, the difference each spring when I put the standard tyres back on is very marked-- the Jimny feels a lot sprightlier.
Which reminds me, I've heard that the Dunlops can be unpleasant in the winter. I don't know firsthand, as it would be illegal (and dangerous) to run them in the winter here in the high Baltic, but you may wish to be a bit more cautious in inclement weather until you get the feel for them.
I'm planning to swop them for some nice ATs when they finally wear out. I managed to pick up a set of Gen4 alloys when new take-offs were cheap and plentiful a couple of years ago, but our host had a set of alloys brand new for a very good price here recently. The lighter alloy rims help to partly offset the weight of whatever new tyres one might fit -- since most every rubber is going to be heavier than the Dunlops.

We don't get winter in my corner of the world (the Caribbean), but, I consider the Dunlops downright dangerous on wet asphalt.

Sorry when I said performance I was more thinking generally in line with the expected use of a live axle 4x4 eg muddy tracks, wet roads and no roads not so much dry tarmac.
So the take away is that these are an efficiency oriented road tyre that is such a one trick pony it can't even be relied upon to get down a wet road predictably, so expecting it to cope with a trailer is going to be interesting as is taking them into a field and that's only going to get worse with towing. OK. I suppose that's what the ESP/TC/ABS are there for. At this rate I might be leaving the collision and lane departure switched on. Oh well it'll only be for a couple of years. Great.

I hated them, I couldn't stand them even on dry tarmac. I replaced them within the first week that I had the car.Just curious as to what people think of the factory Dunlop they put on the vans? Obviously I'm not looking at charging them till they're worn but how long do they last and what are they like for traction just to know what to expect?

Because I have a tape measure in my paw I have just had a look at the difference in effective tread width between the At20 and the radars in temeraire. 205 on temeraire equals 175 across the tread, 195's on bellerophon are actually 135! That explains a lot!
