The long term goal with this is to regear for 29's and a super deep low range with a quaife in each axle and traction control on top as a backup for a wheel in the air. Add some adjustable dampers and I should be able to get wherever I point her. If what you are saying pans out though it may be simpler to sell the lever box and use the buttons one.

Just looking at jimnybits and they do a sumo set for my existing case that is 15/104 percent but it is not cheap.

Being an automatic I already have the 3.9s and the sumo set would take me from 1.3 to 1.5 and 2.6 to 5.4. it's just that it's like 900 quid on it's own plus 1500 for the diffs 600 for dampers and the same for km3s. Not at the moment.
