I used Dunlop tyres on my MG1300. When necessary I would replace the tyres and then take the car to Dunlops at Fort Dunlop where they would fit the tyres properly. They were so good at this that they didn't need to use balance weights.

I have never had remoulds, not because I don't think they are no good, it's just you fit a set of tyres and you want them to last, not having to change them again soon.
Although not a specific mud tyre and I have only had them on for a couple of months I like my Hankook Dynapro ATm (205/70 R15 (96)).
They have quite an aggressive tread pattern and are a good deal cheaper than BFGs.
Hopefully we are going to get some (a lot?) snow tomorrow and I will be using them at the meet up, but that might be too far away. I suppose I could look for some mud to test them out.

I have had a good look at the all terrain offerings and and whilst they are much more capable than the ditchfinders my view is that it's like a tractor, I'm using the tread to keep me on top of the grass and moving forward, rather than necessarily digging myself out of a hole. Once you break the surface you will be making a mess and I want to avoid that because sheep eat grass not mud.
