I carry the following in my Jimny all the time.

Under seat storage box:
Tyre compressor
3 x foil survival blankets
Tyre repair kit
Porta Jump battery booster
4 x Niteize quick cam tie downs
Work gloves

Rear Cubby Box:
Leather gloves
Tyre pressure gauge
Hand warmers
4m tow strap
3m bridle
Duct tape
2 x bungee tie straps
Small cargo net
Extendable wheel wrench
Multi screwdriver
3 x 3.25t bow shackles

And if I am going out for an adventure I have a recovery bag with extras:
10m tow strap
10m kinetic recovery strap
Soft shackle
ARB tyre deflator
Secateurs
Folding pruning saw

Warning Triangle (tucks in behind cubby box)

I made a bracket to make an attachment point for:
Bottle Jack
Wooden blocks
Folding Zombie Shovel

Fire Extinguisher on DIY Mount, under front of drivers seat

And a Molle seat organizer that holds a First Aid kit and other bits and bobs

Roof storage net to carry a waterproof jacket and window blinds

Also in the Glove Box:
Torch
Spare fuses
Spare face Masks

WOW you don't realise how much you store over time, seems a lot all in one go!

EDIT: just spotted the Jump Leads reviewing the post :)

It sounds a lot, but most of it is light weight apart from bottle jack. If I was to take it all out and only take it with me when needed I'd forget most of it. Plus with no commuting now I might as well leave it all in there.

Hi Soeley

What did you do to get such a large box under your seat? My Gen.4 has wiring for seat belt warning and seat heaters and I had to move the bracket to get my much smaller box in.

Hi Roger,

Nothing, the box just fits to the side of the connector and you can just get it out from the front as well. I got it from Solent Plastics

Cheers Soeley, It must be the focus on the camera making it look bigger than it is!
