Tyre pressures was created by lightning
Just checked the tyre pressures on our 2020 Jimny and they were at 40psi all round.
l looked on the door pillar and it recommends 26psi front, 29psi rear.
On the Land Rover forum the discussion about tyre pressures is endless.
At the risk of starting another discussion, should l reduce the pressures to 26/29psi?

40 psi is way too much. I have 215/75/15 AT tyres and run them at 27 psi. Would prefer 26 but then have issues with the TPMS in cold weather so 27 for me.

NO!! 26/29 is too high, I found the low 20s to be better. :)
However, if you have TPMS the alarms will go off under 25.5psi, it becomes a balancing act.

If you have OEM tyres and a standard vehicle then you will not go far wrong with the pressure suggested by Suzuki. Manufacturers tend to spend a fortune trying to obtain the best performance out of every element on the vehicle, so the suggested pressure will be result of testing and consultation with the tyre producer. After that small changes up or down to your own personal preference are in order.

So yes is the short answer!

Yokohama Geolanders, Sony head unit, NAUTILUS Air Horn, DRL conversion, Rear cargo space, Elvis Bobblehead, transfer Guard, Indian hanging Elephant, Koni Heavy track dampers, Custom SS exhaust, Voodoo Doll, Adventure Rack with LED ight bar, vintage ERIBA caravan usually attached (yes it's slow)

Without disappearing into the furthest reaches of the science standard tyres need standard pressure give or take a couple of psi.
