Fear not, the Jimny lives outside in the rain and wind, only venturing in for the odd bit of maintenance. The garage houses my "only for sunny use" 2CV and motorcycles, no way water gets inside as I tend not to get them wet.

A friend of mine used to have a big barn in which he could get eight of his classic cars, and that was carpeted.
His Ferrari sat on a large Persian rug, and the barn was lit with two chandeliers - I remember being quite astonished by it
