Tyres are a lot better now than when new
Grip is great no failed climbs yet
Arches rubber, cut up water butt that stuff brick layers use on damp proof course
www.screwfix.com/p/capital-valley-plasti...ck-30m-x-100mm/42073
If it was me i would use brick layers stuff or rubber.......but i do rub on trees ect
so softer the better for me or i could rip the arch off

I am amazed that no one makes any arches that do not look like puke for these cars, except those Icelandic that cost a lot and is not so easy to get hold of. Nobody on Iceland replies to my emails.
Keithy yours looked nice, but no longer available sadly.
The Brazilian ones looks ok, roughly similar to Keithy design. But those cannot be bought I think?
The point of replacing arches should be to cover up cutting to obtain a couple of inches extra room for tires. And preferably not to make your car look bad.
Russian solutions above is better than the Chinese ones. Chinese are copies of Polish ones I think?

I changed the design to do away with the plastic front bumper.....and made an alternative 6" wide arch to allow for wider axles....speed bumps in the UK are awful.
Tempted to make a set of 6" rears for a hardtop.
I may try another bodykit on ebay but it's a £400 kit
