Engine conversion combined with suspension lift

Engine conversion combined with suspension lift was created by Jefferies
Has anybody else attempted a 2" suspension lift at the same time as an engine conversion to something significantly heavier?
I want a 2" lift but i'm swapping to an Isuzu 1.5TD which is a fair bit heavier than the standard engine so obviously 2" lift springs won't give me a 2" lift. I'm considering putting either 3" or 4" springs in the front to compensate but as they are so expensive i'd like to get it right first time if possible

Just spoke to jimnybits who said they wouldn't really be suitable, and despite what their website says they aren't available for RHD cars from them

Trail master +3" diesel springs would be very suitable. They're actually only 2" longer than stock but made of much thicker wire than most other springs for the Jimny.

How helpful!
I'd imagine its because they are setup to get rid of the Jimny lean so yes it would have an affect. Why else would they give the option when buying them??
