I would say a relatively good price would be around £2350 with the cam belt done, and without closer to £2100, assuming the boot floor isn't made of rust, and the rest of the body is fairly rust free.

The roll cage looks great and is very extensive, and the maintenance seems to have been kept up to date. All I can say is that it will be a G13BB engine, which has a cam belt rather than a cam chain (which the 2001< M13AA engines have), so you may want to ask if that has been done, as at that mileage it should have been done. If it can't be proved that its been done, then the price I would say is a little high.

Thanks Mark that's useful info, much appreciated.

I generally speaking don't like buying modified cars because I worry about the level of skill employed in creating them and i also feel that the modifier will tend to over value the car because of what has been done to it. I am however fortunate to have the skills to be able to modify my own cars if I feel I should and I appreciate that not everyone can and therefore buying pre modified makes more sense to them but still be very careful and inspect the car really closely and if possible take a second set of eyes with you, the best ones are wives or girlfriends who are disinterested in cars as they are better at seeing the faults. If not then a tame mechanic but they will see different issues. Ultimately bear in mind that if it sounds too good to be true it usually is.
Yes I've had my fair share of bad luck buying modified cars and I've nearly learnt my lesson..
Sound advice though really.
