Have a look on e bay for a Nissan XTRAIL item it will be big enough .They use little karabiner to anchor it and then you can wrap it around things tthen clip it to itself to tighten it up

I use the headrests as a tie up point. You could extend the Suzuki net with bungees.

Just don't let a bungee fly off and go forwards in the vehicle and hit the front passenger in the back of the head. My Mrs assured me that it hurt when I did that to her. Well I'm guessing that is what the names she called me meant!

I wish she had gone unconscious and had memory loss! It was about 7 years ago in our old SJ 410 in the Lake District! She still bangs on about it now every time she sees a bungee!
