If you have any thoughts about getting a winch and winch bumper, get the 2" diesel springs. If you're quite sure you'll never need a winch, get the standard 2" springs.
Handling is so much better when you have springs that match the weight of the vehicle

It all depends on use and budget.
My Jimny is mainly for comp use, so not sure it's comparable. I use it 5-6 weekends a year. But then it's pretty extensive use
Winches are from around £400 and up. But you'll also have to get at winch mount or bumper. A better battery and isolator switch is also recommendable.
But perhaps if you don't do a lot of offroading and only go greenlaning every now and then, a small 6000 lbs winch in a hidden winch mount will be sufficient. And as it wont be too heavy I suppose a standard 2" trail master lift will do
