You won't find anything useful new for that kind of money.
But perhaps a used 6000-9500 lbs winch if you're lucky.

A 6000 lbs winch will get you out of most situations. But always bring a snatch block, just in case

Ive had a superwinch 6000 fitted for over a year,with a rope not wire, ive not long gave it an overhaul I mostly greenlane and ive pulled terranos and discos out of some situations nothing drastic but enough.ive got a snatch block but yet to use it.
