Thanks, that is reassuring I just need to find a garage that will let me close supervise the adjustment then I know it is right. Oh how I need a fully equipped workshop.

Tracking was out of tolerance. Not ideal but better than a bent axle.

Low pressure on one side will cause a slight pull and wear one side more than the other.

I am quite particular about tyre pressure and I check mine regularly because it gets daily basis exposure to some pretty rock infested tracks on the farm. One thing I have noticed is that the inside edge of the off side tyre has also worn but just not as badly as the near side which is commensurate with what the tracking technician reported.

Now all that remains is for the new tyres I ordered last Monday for delivery on Thursday and fitting this morning to arrive from Edinburgh! How the chuff they got to Edinburgh on an internal delivery between thirsk and Northallerton I have no clue, though it does beggar belief I can't really say I'm surprised.
