The newest all singing and dancing brake rollers have the facility to contrarotate so as to only move the diff and not the prop it's what my mate and I do with the defender, very clever but looks odd.

Temeraire (2018 quasar grey automatic)
One of the last 200ish of the gen3s, probably.

So the rear wheels go backwards - is that it? One forwards and the other backwards - is that it?
This is brand new kit, only been installed a month.

My MOT station can't test on the brake rollers with a Lockright fitted? Then they have to go out with the g-o'meter manual brake thingy...?

No it just works on one axle so if the near side is being tested it rotates the off side in the opposite direction at the same speed. This will however only work with standard open diffs, anything trick like a limited slip, a torque biasing, an unlocker or a locked ARB will defeat it, but it is still a cunning bit of equipment for the majority of cars.

Just spent half the morning going round the underside coating the areas (mostly pipes) where he had scratched away the Hammerite to check for rust. He also broke the hinge on my centre armrest.................why; he was fat, so fat in fact that could not get between the seat and the steering wheel and had to recline the seat to a silly degree to get in. As a result his girth pushed the hinge off. He slammed all doors like they were a VW and was generally a heavy handed tester who appeared to hate cars.
