Everytime i do a pay and play day i snap passenger halfshaft is this normal i heard there crap but didnt think they were that bad .
What can i do to over come this weak point other thsn buy a land rover

Standard 1.3 engine 2000 model
235 75 15 speacial tracks, 3 inch lift kit , 2 inch body lift all brake lines and panards castor corrected bushes etc ..

Land Rover half shafts snap easily too and their cv's fail also, along with their 2 pin diffs. Land Rover owners just pay lots of money to Mr Ashcroft for his shafts, cv's and lockers or ARB lockers.

Having said that, I know a chap that has won the Howling Wolf on standard shafts, due to mechanical sympathy.

Your solution lies with Mr Storr instead of Mr Ashcroft, or ease up on the right foot.

They are 235 75 15 but stand at 29 inch if i remember rightly

Sorry wrong information its not the half shaft that has snapped its the cv joint that drops in bits
