They certainly are.
Just 2 things worth mentioning.
Allmost all comp trucks that run Trepadors are high-powered trucks, with fast wheel rotation speed and such. Seems like the slower running diesels still stick with Simex type tread pattern.
second, the Trepadors comp truck use are the comp-spec Trepador with much more aggressive sidewall, which only comes in 35", 37" and 40" version, standard compund and sticky.
So, for a relatively low powered vehicle like the Jimny, for comp use, I'd still stick with Simex type tyres for muddy terrain. You don't have the power to spin 35" tyres to keep them clean or space under the jimny for such large tyres

I have a friend that used Silversone tyres for comps and they came up small.
Given the high possibility of damage in comps I would go for a cheaper remould like Insa turbo or malatesta and as Tom says, stick with the proven tread pattern that is the Special Track/Kaiman from these manufacturers.
You will have to invest in heavy duty CVs of some sort though. Unless you like buying and changing them that is.
Otherwise, less aggressive tyres will save your CVs but will not fair much better than your Coopers, including expensive bfg's, which are not much better than Coopers, if at all.

Witch size Hunter??
I have upgradet my front axle, 26 spline and cromolly parts!!
My cooper tires are 30x9,5 and measures 28,5 Inch.. Im not looking for a big tire, so when Silverstone is small fits me well.. a 31x10,5 Silverstone for sure will be bigger than 28,5 I guess

I run the standard 205/70 so you will be able to definitley go bigger, they seem to be a true 205/70 not undersized plus doesnt feel like theres any added strain but if there was itd be from my heavy steel wheels
