A year ago I bought a 12 year old Jimny that had already done 90,000 miles (150,000km). I have used it off-road daily, for towing and general hard use for 15,000 miles without a single breakage. They are tough vehicles.
It sounds like yours has had some issues from new. With these put right it should give you many years of reliable service!

Not happening off-road at all. Just once it has happened shortly after being off-road. Happens occasionaly while driving 2x4, ordinary city driving, with more or less no stones on the road.
I hoped this could be something like a stone trapped behind brake discs, but now I don't think so. Seams it's has to do with vacuum locking hubs. As soon as I stop and shortly switch locking hubs on and off, the noise is gone.

It could be something as simple as the magnets in the vacuum hubs missing. Unfortunately the only way you will find out is to take it apart!

Take it to the dealer! They have to fix it as it is under warranty, if not contact suzuki directly through there website and say the dealer is useless (not doing anything about it) they should sort it out pretty quickly
