Has your speedo been corrected for that tyre size? If not your milage will be under-reading by 10-15% making the economy seem worse by the same margin.
Also, everyone's measure of 'a tank of fuel' is different. Some people might fill up just before it hits the red, others might go on to do another 20-30 miles so it's impossible to get an accurate comparison.

filled it right up saturday to the brim, got 210 miles to the red line. was a mix of a days laning and a few local short runs.
