1. The process for a complicated shape would cost more then double.
2. I prefered to keep a nice and clean design even there is a HD product.
A good industrial product design should be the best compromise betwin quality, price and design (look).
When you do custom manufacturing is diferent but is not my case.
Anyway thank you for remarques. I am always looking for improuvements.

I've got a diff gaurd like that but from asfir and it's def better for it, there's a set of ruts on my uncles farm that I always got stuck on where the diff would dig in the mud and that's me done, the diff kind of acted like a plough and there would be a nice groove in the mud where it was catching, since the plate is on it just slides over the top and no longer get stuck, so I'm happy with it.

Had a play today. One criticism of the skid plate. As the car flexes, obviously the front radius arms do not stay level, which causes the plate to be on angles, which is fine, however it's worth checking your arm bush bolts are tight after you've had a play. I found that one of mine was really loose.
I can't say weather it was that I didn't tighten it enough to start with, or if the flexing loosened it, but just something to be wary of.

This should not hapened. Once tightened well (30 Nm), the bolts are not loosing no metter how important the flex is.
Just to ease your mind you can use this or similar product:
www.bison.net/static/products/assets/asset_10468_3.pdf
Please make sure that you respected the fixing order....first fix the 2 brakets independently on the car, tight well, and after that fix the plate on the brakets with the 6 screws. The plate is delivered assambled with its brakets. So you should dismounted it before fixing on car. All the instructions were provided.
Cheers
