Need to get brakes done, was hoping to get it done this weekend does anyone know if quick fit are likely to have the shoes? If not I can just order them, just could do with getting it sorted tomorrow if I can.

Avoid ShitFit at all costs. Just Google them to see what a bunch of chimps they are. In some cases cars are left in a dangerous state. At best you will get ripped off.

They won't have the shoes in stock and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

I would do them yourself or find a nice back street garage that you can trust.

It's unlikely that even a motor factors will have them in stock and they will have to order them in for the next working day.

Yup cheers, I'm going to order them now from here and do them myself. I'm just being impatient. Not done them before on a jimny just on a series landy, can't be too different eh and good t learn how to do it cos I get the impression they don't last long between changes when your off-roading a bit.

I clean mine out after every off road session, life goes from about 3 months to a year then.

There easy to change, only part which you might struggle with is getting the main spring back on.
