My mounts are welded to the top of the axle , i also have relocation brackets fitted and due to this run shorter shocks than you would noormally on a 4"lift

Those skid plates are useless just bend them up to the mount then bend the mount mine are coming off

can you remember how much the shocks are shorter than the 4" lift ones ??
did you cut off and reweld the whole bracket or just tubes ??
did you get my earlier message ?

I made some new tubes with blocks on the bottom to weld to the axle , if iremember correctly they reduce shock length by about 4" so it has standard length shocks on now

cheers for that . martin sorted the brackets for me. 4" difference thats a fair bit
