I wouldn't powder coat any offroad wheel, it's pointless spending all that wonga for a rock or stone to chip it offroad, bit of paint ya can't beat it, has to be PINK though

Id go white, red and white always looks good 
You could paint other things white, wing mirrors, filler cap for example.
