Is there a way of dropping the seat a smidgeon and then my legs should sort themselves out without having to move the switch, unless there is a neat way of relocating it.

Hi and welcome.
I am 6'1" and have my seats lifted 2" yet still have a fist's clearance above my head. Maybe one thing that might help the leg rubbing is to move the seats back a few inches. As for headroom will reclining the seat a notch or so help? There are examples of brackets made to move the seat farther back on the forum.
