Surely you'd have to have a very obvious problem for them to say that. At the risk of making an inflammatory comment, could the tester just be looking for trouble. It happens!!

If you replace drums then you need new shoes.
Also if you replace disks then always replace the pads.

I still can't get my head round how they did hands on to find ovality. I can only think pulsing on the application.
