..........a "Jimny" and a "Jimny Wide"?
When looking at Alloy wheel companies they list both of the above.
Cheers

I think its just a marketing naming thing.

Jimnys as we know them in the UK (ie. not the SJ's named "Jimnys" from overseas markets.) seem to be called "Jimny Wide" in some Aisian markets.

They may have had different alloys on them etc. but I think the real difference is that in some Aisian markets the Jimny has a 600cc engine (JB23) and the Jimny Wide has a 1300 cc engine (JB33, JB43)

I think we all have the Jimny "wide" it refers to the wider axles fitted and the plastic wheel arches. This might have been to help combat the Jimny roll or the "Elk test" ??
Some markets have a narrow Jimny with no arches etc.
If you read the spec they all seem to have the same track so it might just be the wheels fitted??

Just go for wheels suitable for a Jimny in the UK

I started off high and worked my way down ever since :-)
