I think you misunderstood me. I can find an M16 easily. There are some crashed Grand Vitaras with sweet working engines

As for super charging it dont know how you would map the engine without having a stand alone engine management and to be honest you would probably have to also drop the compression ratio with the forced induction.
For a stand alone system and a good mapping session on the rolling road that would knock a good hole in you budget before you even get involved in the mechanics of it
