Yes thats right mate ,leaving the insert out gives the bush enough flex to pop into the arm then just push the cores in.

So you can adjust the inserts when you refit the arm. The problem with the bushes I had is its the bush that's offset not the insert. Are the super pro's ok for a 3 inch lift or do I need radius arms really.

Bushes are ment for 2" but will help with 3" , and arms are 4" lol

Do not do this it will all end badly
Infact i wouldnt recomend any of the ways posted as they all drop the arm at the front reducing ground clearance , real corected arms doot sit any lower than stock
