My .2004 Jimny has 34000 mile on her. She had 20000 last year when I got her.

My jimny are a w reg with 52000 with an engine rebuild about 1500 miles ago due to smoking
The other one is a t reg i think with 122000 and awaiting an engine rebuild due to smoking and was rotton til i cut it out and welded it back together

And both are the best colour blue

176,000 miles, miles not that foreign muck, kilo-metric-fandango-whatzits, miles!

Mind you, it's not been on the road for two years and the back end, well, wasn't. :laugh:
All welded up now though.
Just waiting on all the bits to be put on. :dry:

Still drives and runs ok, might even put some fresh oil in it when (if) I ever get it back on the road.
(If I don't, watch this space for some cheap bits! :blush: )

Ha, ha. Don't get me started. Bought some new feeler gauges at Halfords and discovered they're metric (after I'd adjusted and fitted (!!!) the new spark plugs. A different story with offensive language).

I'm seriously thinking of blacklisting Halfords now. Absolutely ******* disgraceful.

I'm not the highest then!! Before I got my jimny a few months back id never have considered buying a car with over 100K on the clock but have changed my mind now seeing how the jimny runs!

Had new oil, plugs and filters recently so hoping I can nurse her on to do many more miles without issue. I think the head gasket is the usual weakness on these isn't it?
