This is probably gonna be my next purchase.
Bought it directly from X-eng

Great quality and low weight. As above, it's big. But I have removed the rear seats in my Jimny, so no problem fitting it. I have not made the brackets for fitting it yet. But can get you a few pics if interested in seeing how it's going to sit.
But not always in stock. So you might want to check into that first. Otherwise Goodwinch also sells them, and may be in stock there.

Indeed it's a big winch.
But essential for winch use here in DK as we are not allowed to use trees for winching. Only anchors, other vehicles and very very few trees.

Just, don't test with your Jimny hanging from it on a steep slope
£175 sounds insane. That's what I paid for an X-eng Anchor including postage to DK.
Ha ha i wont! Its more of last chace to get home card if nobody is about and im stuck!
I also saw the X eng ones at Donny, great quality, light but to big and still expensive for my deep pockets and short arms.

Personally that one looks suitable for a quad but i wouldnt use it on a 4x4. Wouldnt want it snapping and being a projectile through your windscreen into your head. Not worth the risk to save 50quid imo
